If you wish to proceed to get a Tax Depreciation Schedule done you can:

There are 2 options for us to consider to ensure we enable the maximum legitimate claims possible.

Option 1: Analysis of the purchase transaction, including any pre-purchase renovations.

Typically the option if purchase within the past 5 years. (Effectively the information is taken from your Contract of Sale - Please forward the contract directly to us if that is easier).

Option 2: Analysis of a construction or renovation.

Analysis of the construction is typically the option if the land is purchased separately and the improvements built subsequently.

Analysis of renovations is typically the option if renovations have been done post purchase. (In some instances, it has been worthwhile to do both option 1 and 2 if each represent significant enough claims to warrant).

If you had any furniture packages included in the purchase price please include a detailed list of items or full inventory of furniture and we are happy to include those in the report too.
