The principal of Residep, Tony Wall, has been a property specialist since 1985, having assessed over 20,000 properties in that time.

My name is Tony Wall. I am a career property professional, specialising in helping investors obtain the tax deductions they deserve, from their investment properties.

All day, everyday, since 1985, I have inspected properties, from 1800’s cottages to 21st century mansions; lowset to multi- level houses; single detached dwellings to high rise apartment complexes; the old ‘tin shed’ to 21st century industrial warehouses; from character shop/residences to multi-tenanted retail shopping centres; showrooms with offices up to multi-level office buildings.

Professionally, since 1985, I have been assessing replacement values, analysing construction contracts/working drawings/specifications and approving progressive construction draw downs as well as personally, since 1986, renovating and having extensions built and new properties constructed.
